Description

  • Build and analyze user conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • Support A/B test evaluation by pulling data, validating cohort allocation, calculating uplift metrics, and summarizing results.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for product metrics including CTR, conversion rate, and UV/PV.
  • Respond to ad-hoc product data requests, including user segmentation, feature adoption tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries for scheduled data pipelines.
  • Assist with data-quality monitoring.
  • Translate findings into clear summaries and visualizations for product teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals, including hypothesis testing, p-values, and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries using CTEs, window functions, and subqueries.
  • Competency in Python or R for data manipulation.
  • Experience with a data-visualization tool such as DataWind, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, independence, and curiosity about data trends, product strategy, and user behavior.
  • Internship experience in product analytics or a related data-analysis role (preferred).
  • Experience with event-tracking or behavioral-analytics tools such as Sensors, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Airflow, data scheduling tools, or large-scale Hive/Spark data environments; interest in crypto or fintech (preferred).
