Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow sales in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships within the extended cancer care community.
  • Represent the oncology liquid biopsy portfolio across the defined territory.
  • Work independently in a field-based role while coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent above-goal performance over multiple quarters or years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Ability to work with urgency, close business, and operate independently in a startup environment.
  • Experience as a PA, NP, or RN ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,686 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $158,196 to $184,186.
