Description

  • Run daily cross-system reconciliation checks to identify missing, stuck, or mismatched orders.
  • Resolve order exceptions or escalate issues when needed to keep orders flowing.
  • Answer operational tickets and support seller and partner queries.
  • Run operational checkers independently and maintain accurate operational oversight.
  • Create and send invoices accurately and on time.
  • Build simple Claude skills and automations to reduce repetitive work.
  • Drive incremental improvements to the tools and processes used day to day.
  • Learn the full order journey end to end and take on more ownership over time.

Requirements

  • A degree or clearly demonstrated equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, maths, physics, computer science, economics, finance, or a quantitative social science field.
  • Strong comfort working with raw data and spreadsheets.
  • Experience using Claude or other AI tools in daily work and ability to build a simple working Claude skill.
  • Ability to demonstrate building a Claude skill, agent, or automation in the recruitment exercise.
  • Reliable, coachable, and able to deliver work on time with care and accuracy.
  • Able to ask questions when stuck, take feedback well, and avoid guessing.
  • Learns new tools and processes quickly and becomes productive without a long ramp-up.
  • Comfortable with startup ambiguity, pace, and broad ownership.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present simple findings and flag problems early.
  • Nice to have: internships or part-time experience in consulting, banking, operations, analytics, e-commerce, or startups.
  • Nice to have: light coding experience with Python or SQL, or no-code tools such as Make, Zapier, Retool, or Airtable.
  • Nice to have: prior experience building a Claude skill, agent, or automation.
