Description

  • Own end-to-end operational workflows across the platform, including daily cross-system reconciliation.
  • Resolve missing, stuck, mismatched, or otherwise exception orders before sellers are affected.
  • Manage operational tickets quickly, identify root causes, and implement fixes that prevent repeat issues.
  • Monitor warehouse and carrier performance against SLAs and escalate issues when needed.
  • Reconcile invoices against rate cards and chase discrepancies with external partners.
  • Build tools, automations, dashboards, and playbooks to replace repetitive manual work.
  • Develop Claude skills, agents, or similar automated workflows to scale operational output.
  • Own a slice of the warehouse and carrier portfolio and run performance reviews independently.
  • Track operational KPIs and help move metrics such as despatch rate, contact rate, and resolution time.
  • Present operational performance and progress in weekly metrics reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience building Claude-based skills, agents, or automated workflows that run independently; this is a hard requirement.
  • Ability to demonstrate what you built, what it does unattended, and where human oversight is kept in the loop.
  • Strong autonomy and the ability to own complex problems end-to-end with light guidance.
  • A degree or clearly demonstrated equivalent ability in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, maths, physics, computer science, economics, finance, or quantitative social science.
  • A track record of measurable impact, with quantified outcomes such as cost reduction, KPI improvement, or process speedups.
  • Evidence of building systems, automations, dashboards, or playbooks that other people rely on.
  • Comfort working in startups with ambiguity, fast pace, and broad ownership.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings simply and state next actions.
  • Exposure to e-commerce, logistics, 3PL, or supply-chain environments is preferred.
  • Light coding or no-code tooling experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, Make, Zapier, Retool, or Airtable is preferred.
  • Experience working with external partners or vendors against SLAs is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring, training, or managing 1–2 people is preferred.
