Description

  • Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient platform services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Own architecture for complex, cross-cutting systems and define interfaces and contracts used by other teams.
  • Provide technical oversight and lead design for complex projects spanning multiple teams.
  • Review functional and technical requirements to identify gaps, simplify solutions, and communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and coach engineers while promoting security, operational excellence, and cloud-native development best practices.
  • Contribute to platform-wide initiatives and align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Drive quality, observability, and performance across owned services.
  • Resolve ambiguity to ensure work is properly defined, scoped, and sequenced.
  • Lead the discover, assess, and remediate workflow for non-human identities across cloud and on-prem environments.

Requirements

  • Expertise in architecting and developing microservices and cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or other modern languages.
  • Deep experience in API design and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic AI coding tools.
  • Experience designing systems, interfaces, and contracts consumed by multiple teams or products.
  • Strong AWS expertise designing, hosting, and operating production applications at scale.
  • Experience with compute such as EKS, networking, IAM, managed data stores, and scaling/reliability/cost trade-offs.
  • Understanding of CI/CD strategies and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, exploration, and visualization at scale.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with modern observability and test strategies in cloud environments.
  • Full-stack familiarity with Angular or React and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Domain experience in identity security, IAM, NHI/Secrets, cloud IAM, OAuth/OIDC is a plus.
  • Experience with graph databases, graph data modeling, and analytics at scale is a plus.
  • Experience building multi-tenant shared services is a plus.
