Description

  • Support and resolve user issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Use email and chat to deliver customer support and resolve issues effectively.
  • Capture user insights and trends to inform product, marketing, and operations improvements.
  • Monitor for critical site issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Review and approve player deposits and withdrawal requests.
  • Review accounts for potential irregularities and conduct basic account investigations.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations according to internal processes.
  • Resolve bet, contest, sporting rules, account, and billing inquiries from users.
  • Provide technical assistance to users on the mobile application.
  • Use internal admin tools to review accounts, identify trends, and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role, or 1+ year of payments or fraud-related experience.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve customer communication performance.
  • Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, gaming, and sportsbook tools, systems, and reports is highly preferred.
  • Experience with payment providers such as PayPal, online banking, and card processing.
  • Experience working with customer support tools such as Intercom.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen attentively to user needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to be flexible and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Must be located on the West Coast and available to work Pacific Time hours.
  • Must be open to working nights, weekends, and holidays to support users in real time during high-volume sports schedules.
