Description

Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle from claims submission to final reimbursement.
Track and manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
Investigate denied claims, identify errors or missing information, and resolve denial issues.
Resubmit corrected claims and verify accuracy to prevent reimbursement delays.
Document billing activities in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
Support collections efforts to maximize revenue for healthcare practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical billing with exposure to RCM and A/R processes.
Experience with claim denial management and collections processes.
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
Experience with virtual office tools, EHR systems, and communication platforms.
Strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient data confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work US time zones, including PST, EST, and CST.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable work setup with at least 25 Mbps internet and a backup connection.
Intel Core i5 7th Generation or equivalent processor, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD or HDD with at least 50% free space.
Windows 10 or later, 720p webcam, noise-canceling earphones or headset, and a quiet, organized workspace.
