Description

Oversee the entire billing cycle from claims submission to final reimbursement.
Track and manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding claims and resolving collection issues.
Investigate denied claims, identify errors or missing information, and correct issues for resubmission.
Manage claim resubmissions and backend billing tasks to prevent reimbursement delays.
Document billing activities in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical billing within a dental practice setting.
Experience with claim denial management and collections processes.
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
Experience using dental billing software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Denticon.
Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient data confidentiality requirements.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in US time zones, including PST, EST, and CST.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable home-office setup with at least 25 Mbps internet speed and a backup connection.
Intel Core i5 7th Generation or higher (or equivalent) processor.
8 GB RAM.
256 GB SSD or HDD with at least 50% free space.
720p webcam or higher.
Windows 10 or later (or equivalent) operating system.
Noise-canceling earphones or headset.
Designated quiet and organized workspace free from distractions.
