Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across local, development, staging, and production environments.
  • Integrate third-party services to streamline and enhance product development.
  • Lead end-to-end projects and own deliverables from development through release.
  • Write high-quality code and contribute to core platform development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams in Asia to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Mentor and support new team members.
  • Drive key architectural decisions and contribute to product roadmaps.
  • Participate in feature planning and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer delivering complex, high-quality projects on schedule.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate with overseas teams.
  • Deep expertise in data structures, algorithms, modern design patterns, and data architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and high-scale, high-availability service design.
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects involving PII and banking information with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in GoLang, TypeScript, React, or Vue is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and implementation is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with global or overseas teams is preferred.

Benefits

  • $200,000 - $300,000 a year salary range.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Full-time position.
