Description

  • Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing business directions, including SaaS, IT services, and marketing.
  • Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret financial and operational KPIs to support business performance.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including P&L and cash flow statements, with variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Identify and escalate financial risks in cross-functional meetings and provide assessments for new business initiatives.
  • Partner with department heads to define, implement, and track KPIs aligned with financial goals.
  • Improve data consolidation processes and build automated dashboards to reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
  • Support scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in IT, SaaS, or marketing-heavy environments.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher and fluent Ukrainian.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, Pivot Tables, and strong data structuring.
  • Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements and how they interconnect.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction from systems such as QuickBooks is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain why results happened and what actions should follow.
  • Proactive, business-oriented approach to identifying trends and patterns that affect the bottom line.
