Description

  • Design interfaces for websites and e-commerce stores, including custom storefronts and headless/Jamstack websites.
  • Build and maintain design systems with components, tokens, and documentation.
  • Lead design workshops and client conversations directly.
  • Translate business needs into visual concepts, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Define micro-interactions and motion specifications for developer implementation.
  • Partner closely with development, marketing, and business teams.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to support research, concept generation, and prototyping.
  • Contribute to project estimations and scoping.
  • Stay current with UI and UX trends and apply them intentionally.
  • Communicate daily in English with international clients in writing and verbally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial UI design experience across web and e-commerce.
  • A portfolio of real commercial projects is required for the interview.
  • Solid experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong Figma skills.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools in design, including Figma AI, image generation, and AI-powered research or concept tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • A strong eye for current UI and UX trends and judgment on when to apply them.
  • Confidence in analyzing data and drawing relevant conclusions.
  • Independence and ownership in day-to-day work.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading client workshops.
  • Hands-on experience with web animation tools such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie (nice to have).
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (nice to have).
  • Experience writing design-related articles or blog posts (nice to have).
  • An active presence on Dribbble or Behance (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or UserTesting (nice to have).
  • Previous experience at a software development company (nice to have).
  • 3D visualization skills (nice to have).
