Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, operations, GTM, and leadership roles.
  • Own the talent function end to end, including strategy, systems, execution, and hiring outcomes.
  • Build the hiring plan with founders and turn business priorities into a recruiting roadmap.
  • Design scalable recruiting infrastructure such as scorecards, interview loops, analytics, and documentation.
  • Source and engage passive candidates for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage external recruiting partners when needed.
  • Build AI-powered hiring systems, including intake agents, AI screeners, and automated workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience as the first or solo talent hire in a scaling startup.
  • Proven ability to source and close roles from senior individual contributors to C-suite level.
  • Experience hiring internationally across time zones and distributed teams.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and process-design skills.
  • AI-native operator who builds AI systems, not just uses AI tools.
  • Comfort working in a pre-Series A environment where structure is still being created.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience within the last two years.
  • Background in building or rebuilding a talent function end to end is preferred.
