Description

  • Analyze the registration, activation, and payment journey to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Propose and help evaluate A/B tests to improve self-service conversion and activation.
  • Identify high-potential users and PQLs based on product usage patterns and notify Sales for follow-up.
  • Own the event tracking plan by defining the events and properties developers need to instrument.
  • Build clear, actionable Mixpanel dashboards for Product Managers and executives.
  • Support hypothesis testing by helping teams define experiments and measure outcomes.
  • Collaborate daily with the Digital Director, Backend and Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and the UX/Design team.
  • Work closely with the BI team while being embedded in the Platform team.
  • Use data to help prioritize product features and guide platform decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or PLG company.
  • Strong experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap, including implementing analytics from scratch.
  • Experience cleaning data and debugging event instrumentation.
  • Active use of AI tools for data analysis and automation.
  • Basic technical literacy to read JSON event payloads and understand SQL logic.
  • Professional English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
  • Experience with B2B cloud or infrastructure products (nice to have).
  • Understanding of Product-Led Sales (PLS) mechanics (nice to have).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (nice to have).
  • Ability to work under an employment (labor) agreement and remotely only within Poland.
