Description

  • Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to assess alignment with job requirements and qualifications.
  • Use the applicant tracking system (Workable) to organize, track, and update candidate information.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records and recruitment documentation.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to support a strong candidate experience.
  • Support additional recruitment initiatives and HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce.
  • Entry-level candidate sought for this role.
