Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day analytics point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Create, QA, and troubleshoot custom dashboards to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting decks and client walk-throughs that communicate insights and support decision-making.
  • Independently lead analytics strategy for executional and priority accounts.
  • Design and implement data collection strategies and performance measurement plans tied to campaign KPIs and business goals.
  • Analyze performance data across large, multi-dimensional datasets to investigate hypotheses and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Integrated Client Solutions, Display Investment, Sales, Media Ops, and Ad Ops on measurement and optimization planning.
  • Present optimization recommendations and campaign insights to both client and internal audiences.
  • Partner with account team members to develop forward-looking campaigns based on historical performance insights.
  • Educate internal teams on Basis analytics solutions such as attribution, data management, and consumer journey analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of digital media experience, especially in media measurement or analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics preferred.
  • Strong independent thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Natural presenter and communicator with the ability to translate technical data concepts for non-data teams.
  • Strong qualitative skills with the ability to demonstrate quality data organization and analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of digital media buying and ad serving landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning.

  • Salary range of $68,000 to $80,000 per year.
