Description

  • Conduct Base system implementations for customers.
  • Support the design of an optimal order-processing workflow.
  • Integrate and configure the system with online stores, wholesalers, marketplace accounts, and courier services.
  • Provide support for configuring the ERP integrator with SubiektGT/NEXO PRO.
  • Work with clients to ensure long-term, effective implementation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal experts in a fast-growing global ecommerce environment.

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of Base.
  • Experience implementing other B2B SaaS products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP.
  • Experience configuring online stores.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong personal organization skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Well-developed analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP-class systems.
  • English at a communicative level, minimum B2.
