Description

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise security systems across on-premises and Azure environments.
  • Drive strategic security initiatives and advise leadership on risks, threats, and overall security posture.
  • Direct complex investigations and incident response efforts as the escalation point for critical security events.
  • Architect, deploy, and manage advanced security tools, including Azure-native platforms such as Defender for Cloud and Sentinel.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to threats across network, endpoint, and cloud environments using automated and manual methods.
  • Perform risk assessments, security testing, and control validations to ensure safeguards are effective and compliant.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to implement secure solutions and enforce access controls and policies.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and threat intelligence to support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6 or more years of experience working in the Information Technology industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting Active Directory environments.
  • Advanced expertise in enterprise security technologies, including identity and access management, encryption, endpoint protection, and network security.
  • Deep knowledge of security architecture and risk management frameworks across hybrid environments.
  • Experience with Azure cloud security, including networking, identity governance, and monitoring tools.
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and control validations aligned with regulatory standards such as GLBA.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including scripting, automation, and threat detection.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
