Description

  • Work with employers to understand recruitment needs, company culture, and job requirements.
  • Develop clear job descriptions and candidate profiles for open roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment databases, and passive candidate research.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Perform background checks, reference checks, and occasional skills testing.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients and advise on candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Assist with salary negotiations and work to ensure both parties are satisfied with the offer terms.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and clients after placement to support smooth transitions and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to sell candidates to clients and agency services to employers.
  • Negotiation skills for mediating salary discussions and job offer terms.
  • Strong relationship-building ability to establish trust and rapport.
  • Attention to detail when assessing candidate qualifications and job fit.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple roles, candidates, and clients simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving ability to address challenges in the hiring process.
  • Industry knowledge in the specific sector or industry the recruiter specializes in.
  • Ability to stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and changes in recruitment practices.

Benefits

  • 8.33% commission of annual CTC will be paid after the candidate joins.
