Description

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with company objectives and drive cultural alignment across regions.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance appraisal processes, probation evaluations, and offboarding across multiple geographies.
  • Design, manage, and periodically review competitive global compensation and benefits programs to ensure equity and compliance with local laws and tax regulations.
  • Create and execute employee engagement programs, resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances, and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop, enforce, and update global HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and industry-specific guidelines.
  • Oversee office administration, vendor and facilities management, and manage budgets for HR and administrative functions across locations.
  • Implement and oversee global HR information systems (HRIS), utilize HR data analytics to monitor metrics, and streamline processes through technology and automation.
  • Manage payroll, claims and expense administration, ensure accurate and timely pay and tax compliance per region, track and pay commissions via payroll, and ensure timely preparation of Sales Agreements using correct templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a global or regional management role.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance requirements, tax regulations, and local employment practices.
  • Experience with HR technology systems (HRIS) and HR analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead and work within multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits design, and employee relations.
  • Experience managing office administration, vendor/facilities relationships, and departmental budgets.
  • Core competencies: strategic thinking, cross-cultural sensitivity, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution, problem-solving, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
