Description

  • Report to the Regional Manager and Head of Global Customer Success.
  • Manage assigned client accounts and ensure timely, effective follow-through.
  • Proactively engage clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on Convene best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned region.
  • Identify account-growth opportunities through needs-based upselling and client referrals.
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings and provide updates on account status, engagement, and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a related role.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • Experience in the IT or technology industry is an advantage.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
