Description

  • Independently achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients, including C-suite representatives.
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial lead generation through deal closure in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, partners, and internal personnel.
  • Travel within the assigned region for client and business development activities.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region, including KSA.
  • Educational background in Business Management; Computer Science is a plus.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads.
  • Experience selling software to BFSI organizations, government entities, listed companies, and large enterprises.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills.
  • Experience presenting software solutions to C-suite representatives.
  • Strong IT software sales background in the assigned region.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Availability to join within a 1–2 month notice period.
