Description

  • Create and issue invoices and account statements for customers.
  • Process credit memos and apply adjustments to customer accounts.
  • Receive, review, and process all accounts receivable documents and received payments, and prepare billing reports.
  • Collect and sort invoices, credit notes, bills, and other order statements.
  • Gather all information needed to calculate bills receivable.
  • Manage account balances and investigate and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Send reminders for payment deadlines and contact customers or internal departments as needed.
  • Record and update all payments in the accounting system.
  • Verify data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of final bills and perform other duties as directed by the Chief Financial Officer and Finance team.

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Business Management/Administration, Commerce, or a related business course.
  • Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with different stakeholders across the company.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask and deliver results with strong time management skills.
  • Well-organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
