Description

  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
  • Implement, integrate, and deploy real-time emergency service platforms for 911 PSAP customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful implementations.
  • Lead onsite and remote installations of Carbyne SaaS products.
  • Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer during deployments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide post-implementation and after-hours support when needed.
  • Improve deployment processes and documentation to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to deliver projects smoothly.
  • Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a technical role related to VoIP, such as PBX or call center systems.
  • Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and the OSI model.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience with the public safety industry, ENP Certification, or NG911 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cisco UCS and/or FreeSWITCH is preferred.
  • Knowledge of streaming technologies such as SIP, RTSP, RTMP, SIP-to-PSTN gateways, SIP Trunk, Wowza, and WebRTC is preferred.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
