Description

  • Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud platforms and tools.
  • Apply site reliability engineering practices to improve system stability and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug distributed cloud-native systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support service reliability and operational excellence.
  • Create and maintain documentation that improves engineering self-service capabilities.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
  • Share knowledge and develop skills under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
  • Australian government security clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance with Australian citizenship.
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, preferably Linux.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar.
  • Experience with Kubernetes platforms such as AKS, EKS, or similar.
  • Experience with a programming language such as Python, Go, C#, or Java.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability tools, and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
  • Exposure to AI development tools.
