Description

  • Build and maintain automated finance data flows from Xero, Deel, and Revolut into Google Sheets.
  • Develop and maintain live dashboards for cash, spend, and workforce data.
  • Own the design, build, and maintenance of the cash management dashboard used for liquidity and treasury decisions.
  • Track FTE costs by team and country and analyze employment-type and location trade-offs.
  • Own the data gathering, modelling, and tooling behind compensation benchmarking, comp bands, and compensation decisions.
  • Run the quarterly bonus calculation end to end, including eligibility tracking and payroll handoff.
  • Maintain the hiring plan versus budget model and update cost implications as hiring plans change.
  • Design the vendor management system and evaluate new tools and services for fit and utility.
  • Build and maintain scripts and automation, including LLM-assisted workflows and integration improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a role combining financial analysis with data or systems work, such as FP&A, finance operations, or people analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience building API integrations, scripted data pipelines, LLM-assisted tools, or connected Google Sheets models.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel at the modelling level.
  • Experience working with Deel, Xero, or comparable platforms at the data-access/API level.
  • A quantitative MSc degree is a strong plus.
  • Ability to spot anomalies, validate outputs, and flag issues without prompting.
  • Genuine curiosity about workforce and compensation data, including hiring cost, runway, and benchmarking analysis.
  • Self-directed, precise, and comfortable working independently while pushing work forward.
  • Willingness to document work clearly so others can pick it up and use it reliably.
