Description

  • Manage multiple interpretation and market research projects per day.
  • Communicate with clients by email, phone, and messaging platforms to understand project needs.
  • Work with internal colleagues to ensure client expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met.
  • Identify team members to support projects based on relevant time zones or regions.
  • Match clients with the best linguist in the community for each project objective.
  • Recruit new linguists when an ideal match does not exist in the existing network.
  • Align expectations between clients and linguists to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Chaperone calls when needed to help projects start smoothly.
  • Follow up with clients after projects to confirm satisfaction.
  • Evaluate project profitability and client satisfaction throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects per day.
  • Experience communicating with clients in a professional setting via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
  • Ability to scope client needs and coordinate with colleagues to meet quality, speed, and cost expectations.
  • Ability to identify support based on time zones or regions.
  • Ability to evaluate linguist fit and present relevant experience for a project.
  • Ability to recruit specialized language professionals when needed.
  • Ability to align expectations between clients and linguists and support smooth project execution.
  • Willingness to work APAC, AMER, or EMEA business hours, preferably aligned with the local region.
  • Availability for weekend and overnight shifts, with commensurate compensation.
  • Remote-first work setup; the role is fully work-from-home.
