Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced cloud networking solutions.
Design Python- and Go-based distributed systems for intelligent firewalls, real-time telemetry analytics, and LLM-integrated threat automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud network performance, scalability, and security.
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance as a subject matter expert and thought leader.
Drive adoption of new cloud networking technologies and best practices.
Research emerging cloud networking trends and technologies and translate findings into technical direction.
Present technical vision and roadmap to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Contribute to industry standards and participate in technical conferences and committees.
Lead large-scale initiatives across geographies, including hackathons, idea generation, and delivery efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in software development and cloud networking.
Deep understanding of cloud networking architectures, protocols, and technologies.
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and observability systems such as Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
Familiarity with security frameworks including Zero Trust, NIST CSF, and CIS Benchmarks.
Hands-on expertise in AI technologies and their practical implementation.
Ability to code, debug, and provide effective fixes or solutions as needed.
Experience architecting security and networking solutions and delivering key innovations.
Patent holders in cloud networking or security are preferred.
Experience in LLM application design, including RAG, LangChain, and vector databases, is preferred.
Expertise with network telemetry analytics and visualization systems is preferred.
Contributions to open-source network security or AI frameworks are preferred.
Knowledge of distributed systems scaling, resilient cloud design, and multi-cloud policy federation is preferred.
Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, GCP Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP, or CKA are preferred.
