Description

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced cloud networking solutions.
  • Design Python- and Go-based distributed systems for intelligent firewalls, real-time telemetry analytics, and LLM-integrated threat automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud network performance, scalability, and security.
  • Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance as a subject matter expert and thought leader.
  • Drive adoption of new cloud networking technologies and best practices.
  • Research emerging cloud networking trends and technologies and translate findings into technical direction.
  • Present technical vision and roadmap to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to industry standards and participate in technical conferences and committees.
  • Lead large-scale initiatives across geographies, including hackathons, idea generation, and delivery efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in software development and cloud networking.
  • Deep understanding of cloud networking architectures, protocols, and technologies.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and observability systems such as Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks including Zero Trust, NIST CSF, and CIS Benchmarks.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI technologies and their practical implementation.
  • Ability to code, debug, and provide effective fixes or solutions as needed.
  • Experience architecting security and networking solutions and delivering key innovations.
  • Patent holders in cloud networking or security are preferred.
  • Experience in LLM application design, including RAG, LangChain, and vector databases, is preferred.
  • Expertise with network telemetry analytics and visualization systems is preferred.
  • Contributions to open-source network security or AI frameworks are preferred.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems scaling, resilient cloud design, and multi-cloud policy federation is preferred.
  • Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, GCP Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP, or CKA are preferred.
