Description

  • Manage a large multi-faceted project, account, or campaign, or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead and support Project Managers and Associate Project Managers as needed.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to create project plans, staffing plans, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Serve as the liaison and communications hub between agency teams and partner groups on assigned accounts or projects.
  • Develop timelines, manage estimates and budgets, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor forecasting, workflow, and resourcing across assigned accounts.
  • Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership to manage creative resources, estimates, and budgets.
  • Communicate status updates clearly across departments and enforce agency processes.
  • Analyze process improvements and recommend systems or software enhancements.
  • Provide performance input and maintain high attention to detail in day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required.
  • Experience with timeline development and budget management required.
  • PC and MS Office Suite software experience required.
  • Strong communication skills and a tactful, assertive communication style.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
