Description

  • Manage large, multi-faceted projects, accounts, or campaigns, including multiple projects at the same time.
  • Supervise a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, and/or team of Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to build project and staffing plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
  • Serve as the liaison and communications hub between agency team members and agency partners.
  • Ensure proper forecasting is completed for all projects on assigned accounts.
  • Develop timelines, manage estimates, and keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership partners to manage creative resources, estimates, and budgets.
  • Provide ongoing status updates, enforce agency processes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Analyze workflows and suggest systems or software improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Provide performance input for other employees and support additional assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency is required.
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is required.
  • Experience with timeline development and budget management is required.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • PC and MS Office Suite software experience is required.
  • Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience is required.
  • Experience managing people or project teams is preferred.
