Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, financial management, and delivery of assigned projects and larger accounts.
  • Serve as a primary client contact and keep clients and internal stakeholders informed of project progress and risks.
  • Drive project timelines, schedules, status calls, and traffic management across internal and external teams.
  • Develop, reconcile, track, and phase project budgets; provide financial updates and invoice clients.
  • Maintain project management tools, status sheets, and regular project reports.
  • Identify process improvements and resolve project management issues.
  • Proactively recommend corrective actions to meet project financial KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Mentor colleagues on project management best practices and contribute feedback to action plans.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of client-facing project management experience within a medical communications agency.
  • Experience managing Medical Affairs accounts is highly preferred.
  • Strong project and financial management capability.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and larger accounts with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong communication and client relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, priorities, timelines, and external partners.
