Description

  • Lead business development efforts to win new clients and grow existing client relationships.
  • Serve as a Project Lead or Executive Sponsor on multiple client engagements.
  • Manage short- and long-term deliverables across multiple clients.
  • Develop protocols, evaluation plans, strategic plans, studies, and analyses.
  • Execute strategic and tactical projects from planning through delivery.
  • Prepare and present manuscripts, posters, presentations, and client-ready research outputs.
  • Present research findings to clients and external stakeholders in formal and informal settings.
  • Write RFPs, support vendor selection, and oversee project management including budgets and timelines.
  • Build and deliver integrated RWE generation and strategy plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support, mentor, and contribute to the design, measurement, and evaluation of interventions and implementation efforts.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, health economics, business administration, or a related discipline with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • An undergraduate degree in a similar field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Current or substantial previous consulting experience, especially with life sciences clients.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, and/or digital health organizations, or with health plans, providers, and the broader healthcare industry.
  • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience with strong leadership and mentoring ability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills for professional business communication.
  • Significant project management experience, including presenting to senior executives and/or health policy leaders.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to executives.
  • Preferred experience in mixed-methods research, RWE, patient access, value-based outcomes, and healthcare strategy.
