Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on low- and mid-complexity projects once work is underway.
  • Solicit client direction, manage expectations, and translate client input into actionable project direction.
  • Coordinate work across Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams from job activation through final delivery.
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage assigned client work as the central hub for project activity.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, resource assignments, and daily hot sheets.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams, including meeting notes, next steps, and task follow-up.
  • Monitor risks proactively and help mitigate issues before they impact delivery.
  • Support financial management activities including estimating, budgeting, reconciliation, billing, and financial status updates.
  • Prepare for, support, and lead client submissions and client/team meetings.
  • Assign and track tasks for internal project team members and ensure revenue delivery aligns with monthly projections.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or pharma setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience and strong client interaction skills.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Ability to scope and estimate low- and mid-complexity work.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial projections, or related agency financial processes is preferred.
  • Ability to make consistent decisions and solve problems independently.
  • East Coast location preferred; candidates in other U.S. regions, such as Central U.S., may also be considered.
