Description

  • Lead creative projects from conception to completion across multiple brands and work streams.
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to develop integrated communication projects.
  • Deliver breakthrough creative work that aligns with strategic insights and client goals.
  • Understand and apply the strategic and financial goals for clients and Avalere Health.
  • Master the clinical data and competitive landscape for assigned brands and accounts.
  • Participate in staffing decisions and evaluate scope of work.
  • Champion creativity by sharing inspiring work and fostering junior creative talent.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships.
  • Manage delegation, workflow, timelines, and delivery across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams to keep deliverables on track and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience writing for pharma.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.
  • Ability to direct writing and design for interactive, motion, and print projects.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Digital portfolio showing a wide range of interactive work across multimedia channels and platforms.
  • Advanced PC or Mac experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
