Description

  • Develop and direct concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead creative strategy and delivery for brands and projects in partnership with brand teams and creative colleagues.
  • Ensure the quality, impact, and effectiveness of agency creative work.
  • Present creative thinking and ideas to clients, colleagues, and new-business audiences.
  • Mentor, supervise, and train junior and mid-weight creatives.
  • Build collaborative relationships while challenging and inspiring others throughout the ideation process.
  • Lead new-business pitch work, including creative direction and presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose initiatives that support agency growth.
  • Support the Creative Department in meeting commercial and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
  • Strong design and art direction skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Experience developing compelling narratives for concept presentations and client presentations.
  • Understanding of communication platforms and design tools, including video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
  • Demonstrated mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in identifying new creative opportunities.
  • Ability to develop innovative creative solutions that improve patient and healthcare experiences.
  • Willingness to shape agency offerings, improve ways of working, and provide creative counsel to brand teams.
