Description

  • Manage a digital brand with a focus on websites.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients based on their business goals.
  • Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and represent Avalere Health’s capabilities and offerings.
  • Develop working knowledge of the client’s market, trends, influencers, competitors, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate brand business objectives to the agency team verbally and in writing.
  • Review work in progress across strategy, creative, technical, and analytics projects.
  • Interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team.
  • Document scope requests, author project briefs, and write statements of work with input from subject matter experts and the delivery team.
  • Partner with delivery and account leadership to monitor revenue and profit and mitigate scope-related risks.
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with account leadership to expand revenue within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment with a focus on digital website tactics.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing a pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement, with flexibility based on team and client needs.

  • $100,000 - $118,000 annual salary.
