Description

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with technical project leads and maintenance and reliability stakeholders.
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, growth, and expansion across manufacturing facilities.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to grow customer usage and expand the Augury platform within facilities.
  • Travel to manufacturing sites to assess equipment fit, understand site processes, and determine equipment criticality.
  • Produce reports and site visit summaries after customer visits.
  • Partner with Corporate CSMs and Account Executives in a pod-style operating model to support customer success.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, IoT issue resolution, and facility-level support for customers.
  • Act as the main point of communication for technical problem resolution related to Augury issues.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and inform the product roadmap.
  • Create post-implementation adoption activities and monitor customer initiative success over time.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or reliability operations.
  • Knowledge and experience in reliability and maintenance operations.
  • Vibration Analysis CAT 2+ certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of current reliability best practices and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of precision maintenance practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and vibration data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams and customer stakeholders.
  • English and German fluency required.
