Description

  • Own Atomi’s demand strategy and translate it into clear, campaign-led programs.
  • Develop campaign narratives and messaging frameworks that support pipeline growth and long-term brand trust.
  • Lead demand generation and account-based marketing programs aligned to sales priorities and target accounts.
  • Shape demand-led content that educates schools, builds confidence, and supports sales conversations.
  • Partner with Brand Design early to ensure campaigns are creative and consistent.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Growth, and Events to deliver integrated cross-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to keep campaigns relevant, practical, and adopted.
  • Use insight and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness over time.
  • Help define how marketing is done at Atomi as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative campaign and/or demand marketing roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience leading creative, integrated campaigns in a sales-led environment.
  • Experience partnering closely with brand, design, and creative teams.
  • Ability to balance commercial goals with creative and brand considerations.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and structure.
  • Open to experimenting with AI to improve quality, speed, and scale without compromising brand.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with strong ideas and clear judgment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as a senior individual contributor.
  • Australian working rights are required.
