Description

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot client workstations and applications using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.
  • Provide primary support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including mail flow, permissions, and Outlook issues.
  • Support email migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant and on-premises to Microsoft 365 transitions, and assist with SharePoint and OneDrive data moves.
  • Manage and troubleshoot user identities in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and local Active Directory environments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents across Azure and vSphere platforms.
  • Install and administer Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
  • Perform patch remediation and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating system updates.
  • Manage VPN configurations, firewalls, and client-side connectivity issues.
  • Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly in English and Spanish.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, SOPs, client runbooks, and PowerShell-based automation efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of systems administration or desktop support experience, with MSP background strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting or executing email migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure administration and Microsoft 365 management.
  • Business professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and basic networking troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with common RMM and remote support tools such as ScreenConnect, LogMeIn, Kaseya, or ConnectWise.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 admin center and productivity suite.
  • Ability to analyze system logs and telemetry to identify root causes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple ticket priorities.
  • Preferred certifications include MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900, and AZ-104.
