Description

  • Manage field inventory for instruments, implants, and disposables across the Southeast region.
  • Perform preoperative and postoperative equipment management for surgical sets and inventory.
  • Track, replenish, and inspect consigned sets to ensure surgical readiness.
  • Work with distributors, surgeons, operating room personnel, central processing, biomedical staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Field Operations and Customer Service to track surgery schedules and arrange consigned or loaner sets.
  • Swap out consigned torque wrenches every six months and manage product expiration dates.
  • Return loaner sets on time or request extensions when needed.
  • Transport sets between hospitals and support inter-field transfer requests.
  • Coordinate and lead the yearly field audit and manage local courier requests.
  • Troubleshoot product issues, resolve routine and non-routine problems, and provide on-call support when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Must be eligible for and maintain required hospital credentials, including any physical or vaccination requirements, for U.S.-based roles requiring hospital access.
