Description

  • Monitor and support daily ELT pipelines and reporting processes.
  • Design, document, and maintain data warehouse and semantic-layer models as source systems evolve.
  • Develop data transformations that improve quality, consistency, accessibility, and usability.
  • Support month-end reporting and recurring business processes.
  • Prepare data assets for AI-enabled workflows and automation initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot data, pipeline, reporting, and infrastructure issues across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for analytics infrastructure and reporting systems.
  • Prepare internal metrics, analytics, and leadership reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven initiatives and continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience owning analytics and data infrastructure end-to-end and making independent technical and architectural decisions.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and modern analytics architectures.
  • Extensive production experience designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting ELT/ETL pipelines.
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling skills, including complex transformations and business logic.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, Amazon Redshift, Amazon QuickSight, AWS, Python, Docker, GitHub, and SQL.
  • Experience maintaining and evolving data platforms, including legacy data cleanup, reconciliation, and complex financial or business logic.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Preferred: experience building analytics infrastructure from scratch, CI/CD workflows, data quality and observability, governance, or regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
