Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts, providing day-to-day guidance, motivation, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Set and manage team expectations for priorities, timelines, and deliverables, and assign resources to demand based on skills and fit.
  • Partner with Business and Technology leaders to understand BA demand, build capacity, and accurately reflect capacity and demand in the Resource Management Tool.
  • Facilitate positive professional relationships with Technology, Business teams, Account Management, and clients; act in a client-facing capacity.
  • Define, document, and implement BA best practices, tools, templates, processes, and procedures; create and audit Business Analysis processes.
  • Oversee and/or perform requirements gathering, wireframe creation, and user story creation for select projects; act as a Senior Business Analyst when needed.
  • Present complex information clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
  • Handle full supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding/disciplining, and resolving employee issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (agile and waterfall) and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with BA artifacts and activities: requirements gathering, wireframing, and user story creation.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma (or similar design/wireframing tools).
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience working directly with Project Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Operations, Account Management, and clients.
  • Ability to accurately assess and report capacity and demand in resource management tools.
  • Comfortable in client-facing environments and presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and ability to verify eligibility to work in the United States; sponsorship/work authorization is not available.
