Description

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and impactful start
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders (service, sales, and admin leaders)
  • Provide proactive support and issue resolution, managing tickets and client feedback
  • Monitor account health and identify growth and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and product/technical teams, advocating for user needs and driving product improvements
  • Conduct training sessions, best-practice reviews, and usage optimization calls
  • Drive adoption and client confidence in AI-powered capabilities and workflows
  • Help shape how BluSynq is adopted and scaled across customers in North America

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus
  • Passion for technology and AI, with interest in working on a future-focused solution
  • Confident communicator who builds trust and manages stakeholder relationships professionally
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple client accounts
  • Curious and eager to learn in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Experience with SaaS or tech support is highly valued
  • Able to travel occasionally to Montreal and elsewhere in North America
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and based anywhere in the US (remote work model)
