Description

  • Identify and aggressively pursue new B2B opportunities within target verticals such as CPG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Retail.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling through on-site facility tours, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Pricing teams to design scalable, profitable logistics solutions for customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the CRM and represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
  • Negotiate complex, multi-year contracts while balancing customer requirements and company profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to advise prospects effectively.
  • Proactively identify and resolve service gaps before they affect client outcomes.
  • Travel frequently for on-site client meetings, facility tours, and events.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven success in the 3PL industry.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
  • Strong hunter mentality and resilience in handling repeated sales objections.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and understanding of TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills across a range of audience levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, tours, and events.
