Description

  • Build high-quality Svelte Web Components that support white-label integration and custom theming across desktop and mobile environments.
  • Collaborate with Product Design to extend and evolve the design system so components remain consistent, scalable, and adaptable across partner brands.
  • Contribute to front-end standards, patterns, and tooling that guide the broader engineering organization.
  • Deliver front-end solutions with support from Principal Engineers and Engineering Managers while owning implementation details.
  • Help ensure the reliability and availability of the components you build, including participating in an on-call rotation.
  • Work within a squad responsible for a product area and collaborate closely with other engineers.
  • Use modern tooling, including AI-assisted tools, to build and ship more efficiently.
  • Drive front-end craftsmanship across web standards, component architecture, performance, accessibility, and scalable component patterns.
  • Spend most of your time building and shipping solutions rather than in extended planning or discussion.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong TypeScript skills, solid HTML markup practices, and deep knowledge of CSS and accessibility.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue.
  • 4+ years of experience building embeddable UI components that partners can integrate independently.
  • Experience delivering white-labeled components with accessibility considerations.
  • 2+ years of experience building production-ready Web Components.
  • Experience embedding components into third-party desktop or mobile application environments.
  • Experience with modern front-end tooling, build systems, component-driven architecture, and practical state management patterns.
  • Experience consuming APIs backed by relational or document data sources.
  • A portfolio or collection of work demonstrating strong frontend craftsmanship and component design.
  • Prior experience contributing to design systems, including reusable components, tokens, and shared state patterns.
  • A proven track record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Priority consideration for candidates located in Denver, Colorado.
  • Contract role for a 180-day probationary period before converting to full time.
