Description

  • Build, scale, and optimize operating infrastructure for alternative investment firms.
  • Oversee front-to-back office functions, including operations, finance, compliance, and technology.
  • Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost-optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with CIOs, founders, and senior leaders on firm strategy and execution.
  • Lead organizational design, vendor selection, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage growth, transformation, and turnaround initiatives.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership through project-based client engagements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent senior leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office.
  • Deep understanding of investment-firm operations and infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses, building teams, and driving execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in dynamic environments.
  • Availability to support client engagements on an as-needed, project-based basis.
