Description

  • Collaborate with clients and lead team members to design and implement solutions based on technical and business requirements.
  • Drive adoption of modern development standards, tools, and frameworks to ensure high-quality output.
  • Produce detailed documentation, test plans, and maintain clean, efficient, well-documented code.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level team members and promote best practices and professional growth.
  • Foster trusted partnerships with coworkers, clients, stakeholders, peers, and management.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to explore innovative UI solutions.
  • Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build responsive, cross-browser compatible applications optimized for desktop and mobile.
  • Adhere to branding guidelines and UX standards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on front-end work and maintain productive working relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Deep proficiency with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with React, including complex state management and architecture.
  • Proficient with Git workflows and branch strategies.
  • Strong browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the full web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
  • Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and responsive design.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Intermediate spoken English and fluent written English.
  • Professional experience with Next.js (preferred).
  • Experience with additional front-end frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Code samples are required.
