Description

  • Create professional, client-specific static image ads from provided concepts.
  • Source inspiration and competitor examples from Meta Ad Library.
  • Build ad variations in Canva, ZoopAds, or similar tools with same-day turnaround.
  • Launch campaigns using the standardized 4-campaign CBO structure across assigned client accounts.
  • Ensure campaign naming, targeting, budgets, and pixel events follow required standards.
  • Refresh winning ads with new headlines, imagery, and calls to action to combat fatigue.
  • Repurpose organic content into paid creative formats when assigned.
  • Maintain a library of top-performing creative concepts organized by vertical.
  • Document all launches and keep records up to date.
  • Communicate proactively during Mountain Standard Time business hours.

Requirements

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, targeting, and pixel setup.
  • High-volume static ad design experience; e-commerce background is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ad Library research and competitor analysis.
  • Exposure to AI design tools such as ZoopAds, Higgsfield, or Gemini is a bonus.
  • Strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work fast, independently, and under high-volume output expectations.
  • Must be able to work Mountain Standard Time business hours.
  • Reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and coachable.
  • Comfortable handling work across 70+ client accounts.
