Description

  • Run all paid media on Meta, including targeting, testing structure, pacing, and optimization decisions.
  • Own B2B lead generation performance and diagnose campaign changes at the concept level.
  • Develop creative concepts, write hooks, and script the funnel across ads, VSLs, and book-a-call pages.
  • Research the market and turn buyer pain points into new angles and messaging.
  • Help own Instagram organic and YouTube organic strategy and scripting as part of the acquisition engine.
  • Run a weekly group coaching call and share what is working in the ads with students.
  • Provide feedback to students on their B2B strategy questions.
  • Collaborate with founders, editors, and designers while owning the strategy and messaging work.

Requirements

  • Experience running B2B paid media at a high level, including national campaigns and six-figure monthly spend.
  • Hands-on experience making media buying decisions inside the account.
  • B2B lead generation experience in agencies, coaching/info products, or high-ticket services sold to businesses.
  • Deep experience with Meta and the ability to interpret account data independently.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills with proven performance on ads, VSLs, and book-a-call pages.
  • Track record of creating original concepts and angles rather than only iterating on existing ideas.
  • Ability to explain why an ad works to less experienced teammates in a coaching context.
  • Portfolio or work samples.
  • Ability to work 9am–6pm ET.
  • Location in the US or Canada; Canadian hires will join as contractors paid in USD.
  • Google Ads and YouTube Ads experience preferred.
  • AI integrated into your workflow preferred.
  • Experience with organic content or audience growth preferred.
