Description

  • Provide technical support for mobile device, mobility platform, and application issues through ticketing, phone, and email.
  • Administer, support, and maintain enterprise mobility systems and applications, including Workspace ONE UEM.
  • Coordinate installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of mobile platform software, hardware, and devices.
  • Troubleshoot complex mobility and endpoint issues, determine root causes, and implement resolutions or escalations.
  • Support Windows Server 2019 or later environments, including administration, vulnerability remediation, and security patching.
  • Perform configuration management and maintain accurate technical, operational, and system documentation.
  • Help develop and improve IT procedures that increase efficiency, strengthen security, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior staff, stakeholders, systems administrators, vendors, contractors, and non-technical users.
  • Participate in flexible scheduling and 24x7 on-call technical support rotations.
  • Support continuous improvement of mobility architecture, device management, platform reliability, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of operations support experience with Windows Server 2019 or later.
  • 4+ years of operations support experience with the Workspace ONE UEM mobile device management platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, vulnerability remediation, and patching.
  • Experience providing enterprise technical support for mobile devices, mobility platforms, and related applications.
  • Experience performing configuration management and developing technical and operational documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and participate in a 24x7 on-call technical support rotation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting the design and implementation of mobile device management solutions in an enterprise environment (preferred).
  • Experience with Workspace ONE Access, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, or enterprise mobility architecture, access management, endpoint security, or device lifecycle management (preferred).
