Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using the .NET framework, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Work cross-functionally in an Agile environment to build applications using .NET architecture.
  • Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and follow applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a highly collaborative environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core development.
  • 3+ years of experience with RESTful web services.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification or higher.
  • Experience with .NET Framework.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Professional, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
  • Experience implementing application security hardening techniques and following DoW secure coding standards.
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab or Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful services and WCF.
  • Containerization experience on Windows servers with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid knowledge of Scrum Agile development methodology.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship and current authorization to work in the United States full time.
  • Preferred: Experience with AWS GovCloud in IL4/IL5 environments.
  • Preferred: Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular v16 or higher.
  • Preferred: Experience with MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
